The "context" for the gamified experience I'm imagining for Questable is: A medieval setting, where students in the class are adventurers in a guild led by a guildmaster (teacher). The teacher assigns quests (tasks and repeatables) like defeating monster or gathering resources that can be completed by the students to earn gold (money) that can be used to purchase equipment (outfits) in the town market (shop).
Sticking with two main fonts for now, we were thinking a pixelated/retro font for headers and a complementary sans serif (I like monospace, coding-esque typefaces) font for body text.

To keep consistent with the medieval theme, we were thinking of a wooden, stone, or otherwise earthy sort of background with simple colors, maybe on the lighter side.

wood floors, simple wall (maybe just green color)

Sprites will be used for avatars (already picked out), quests (tasks/repeatables), and backgrounds/decoration.
